This session will explore individual’s personality traits by looking at the 8 Dimensions of Leadership. These dimensions take a more granule approach to Disc Theory – a personality two-axis model. We will explore both the strengths and weaknesses of each of the 8 styles and ways to better communicate with those not like your own. This session will be interactive and challenge you to self-assess your STYLE. I’m confident that knowing your style and the style of others in a conflict will either help mitigate or resolve conflicts.
